~Welcome to my blog!!!~
I am a stay-at-home mom to three kiddos- two girls who are 10 and 7, and our first little boy who will be 5 in October.
It can get a little chaotic around here with all the activity of three kids... but I wouldn't trade any of it for the world!

Well, at least most days I wouldn't... ;)

I Have a Date!

For my next ultrasound that is!!! tongue.gif

I went to the doc this week for my regular appt. All is well. I've gained 11 lbs though. sad.gif Guess it could be worse, huh?!!? It sure does suck watching those numbers rise again though since I'd lost almost 20 before finding out we were preggers!

Anyways, my ultrasound is scheduled for Monday, July 10 at 5pm (so hubby can go and not have to miss too much work!). It's just under three weeks away and I'll be b/t 20-21 weeks! We are definitely hoping to be able to find out the sex of our newest family member so if you think about it, send some open leg vibes our way that week.

Truth be told, I'm reallllllllllllllllly wishing for blue this time around... but will obviously be just as pleased with another girl! I already know how much fun they can be! But a little bit more testosterone in the house would probably be nice for hubby in the coming years! LOL

The library...

The last couple times we've gone, I have let Cassidy, my 2 1/2 year old, walk instead of sticking her in the stroller. Today we had to go in so I could sign Jenna up for the summer reading program. I ended up signing up Cassidy too.

So anyways, after that, it was time to look for books. Cassidy started hunting for some Barney books (yeah, we're still in the purple dinosaur obsession!). I found a librarian and she looked up a few for us. Cass insisted on carrying them... she was so excited!

Then we headed downstairs to pick out some videos and of course, she knows just where the Barney ones are! She picked out a video (only one this time... usually she wants at least three!) then she took them up to the desk, climbed up on the stool, and gave them to the lady to check out. She put them in a bag for her, which she insisted on carrying!

Then we went back upstairs and I put the girls on the computer for a few minutes (of course, Cass played a Barney game! LOL) so I could find some books of my own.

When we were leaving, she told the librarians, "see ya later!" and we headed to the car!

I just cannot believe what a big girl she's getting to be! I used to be afraid to let her out to explore because I figured she'd run around pulling books off all of the shelves... but she's definitely proving that she can do it and be a big girl. SO sweet!!

(by the way, she's downstairs right now watching her bideo!)
